So Sad some Idiot in there party walking with a loaded weapon with the safety off, going to mess with a lot of people.
one act of carelessness and a young man is dead, No way to take it back, No way to make it better.
Its things like this, I recall when I think about doing something stupid. I never want to be in the position that moron

It is good that you were there and saw everything what happen and can make educated and well supported judgement.
So sad that police are so stupid and did not arrest the "Idiot in there party walking with a loaded weapon with the safety off". They needed to ask you because you definitely know in details how it happened.
