Tule Elk Fight

The 8x8 in this fight is the bull that I was tempted to shoot but I passed on him in favor of the drop-tine bull. At about 2:10 -2:12 in this clip, the 8x8 breaks off two tines. Prior to this fight he was complete, unbroken.

This video was shot the day before my opener. It was also opening weekend for rifle deer and there were several trucks with hunters pulling over to check out the fight.

There is a nice 6x6 bull with cows outside of town, and all the satellite bulls are broken off.
