Has anyone ever hunted with Twisselman Outfitters out of Santa Margarita? If so, how was it? Would be great to hear about your experience(s) with them...Look forward to hearing...Thanks!

I've never hunted on their ranch, but did buy a lab pup from Stacey Twisselman. When I went to pick up my pup. They had several ppl there hunting that weekend. The hunters stayed in their own little bunk house looking place if they had plans to stay the night. The Twisselman's seemed like very nice ppl to do business with. I had heard that one group of hunters got their hog. Are you going to hog or Elk hunt? Let us know how you do.

understand it is not a fancy operation. it is a working ranch, they decided to hunt pigas as a sideline some years ago.

real people, real nice folks, fair price and plenty of pigs.

ES - Let us know how your hunt goes. I went to Jr College with on of the Twissleman boys in Coalinga. As noted before, they are very nice people....

They are great people. I have hunting with them on several occasions. They offer a fair price and have alot of area to hunt.
