It is a Cooper Model 56 7mm rem mag with AAA French walnut. it is a lefty rifle. (i'm lefty :) )
I used with 140 gr TSX Barn bullet. The scope is Swarovski Z3 4-12x50.
I like the way that rifle shoot but I don't like the Copper bullet since we hunt in central California.
We don't have choice. (no lead bullet). My first shot was right behind its shoulder. But, after 10 second, it got up and run.
My second shot is fatal and it went through his neck. Later, I inspected the wound. They went through like a butter (I guess no mushroom at all). It makes me to rethink to change the weight of bullet or change caliber again.
