Went to cotton for a midday hunt since its full moon may I'd catch them moving. Got to the parking and sign in. Drove to the upper area and continued to get out of the truck. Immediately I notice some fresh broken glass from vehicles windows. I immediately thought if I wanted to leave my truck park there and risk having it broken into while treking around the hills in search mr piggy. I decide to take a hike to the top where I can still peek over and listen. I wanted to take pic's of the area but forgot my camera. I did not see any signs but I just glass the canyons for a little while. I picked up a few plastic water bottles, empty ammo box, some beer cans and a old t-shirt on the way back to the truck. I enjoyed the sites but not the litter in the drainage area.
I took these pics with my phone camera so its a little fuzzy. No pigs but I still got out for a short while.

I hiked into an area I used to hunt yesterday to check it for some quail and bobcats and it was a mess from the dumping and sign shooting also.

Man I'd love to just

What they get out of it is releasing the anger they have inside for being raised in a family with terrible parents, or no parents at all. Problem is, they'll never know that's why they do it because they're just as stupid as the breeders who made them.

its is terrible, but unfortunately most of the outdoors with public access is like that. Stop by a near by lake and see how much trash you will find. doesn't matter where the lake is, trash will be there. Stop by the motorcycle parks and you find the same situation. What makes this country great, things like freedom and ability to pursue happiness, is afforded to every person from coast to coast, most of which in my opinion have a declining level of ethics and care and compassion for their fellow man. sure there are a large amount of people that still have respect for and appreciation for mother nature, but it only takes one turd to ruin the punch, what ever flavor it may be.

I've ready on he waterfowl forum about people who have had their cars broken into (I think it was Frietas) while they ere duck hunting. And this has happened over and over. Anybody know if the police (or DFG) has done any undercover surveillance and caught any of these dirtbags?

People who litter like that makes me sick. Not only is it happening there, but out in our beautiful national forests as well. I HATE seeing beer cans everywhere I go, especially in the forest. If you are going to drink, why not just stay home.

That reminds me I have to remove the trash from in back of my truck. My luck is I get pulled over with empty faded beer cans rolling around in back and CHP try to get me on some bogus charge.

Maybe we should setup our trail cams in or around our trucks! :)
I hate people who litter! I fish SAR everyother weekend and fill up a large trash bag each time. Theres not much more disappointing then catching a wild brown on fly, then landing it next to a beer can and panties! Yuk!

Might be better to bring along a DTW, (designated truck watcher, LOL) supply him with beer while you hunt and maybe you both will get something LOL.
