It is a pain for that guy's hunting outfit. They have that rule out here to keep people from essentially homesteading on public land. We have a bunch out here that pretty much live in the woods year round. They just keep moving their beater school buses around. Problem is as soon as one group leaves and other rotates in and the first group then takes a spot vacated by other squatters.
