It looks like they did a nice job gutting it for ya and you only lost the ribs and tenderloins. Did you take the rest or just leave it for them to finish up? Just curious as it seemed that most of the meat (backstraps, hams, front legs, neck) was all still there and covered up with skin.

Either way congrats and good luck slaying some dogs !!!

Nah, there was little left; the off side ham only and that lay in a blood slick all night. They ate the tenderloins, backstraps, half the ham, and ribs out of that hog and despoiled the rest. I wouldn't trust that meat after that many dogs chewed on it.

trying to salvage meat that has been ravished by coyotes or any other predator is not a good idea. There is no way to properly remove all the bacteria they slobbered all over the carcass, that's my opinion anyway.
