VAFB Retirement Hog

I got this hog Sat. night about 5:05. He'll probably be my last CA hog as I'm retiring and heading back to Idaho on the 25th of this month. Anway, he was feeding on acorns under an oak tree just off the path I was walking up. Breeze was in my face and he had no idea I was there until he felt the the 180ET I gave him for dinner. Here's a couple of pics:

Yeah, I've been chasing these dang pigs the last three months without seeing a one. I think VAFB's extended G-11 season turned them all nocturnal. Now that the G-11 is over and they aren't seeing hunters everyday, I think they'll start coming out before the end of legal shooting time.
