got bored yesterday so me and the missus went for a little ride.......we just pull out of the drive way and see mrs. lucky and her little ones.......she had a boyfreind with her.........but when I took a pic it didn't come out (stupid camera) but did get a few pics of some other hogs on our venture......also got a pic of an 18" forky that was standing in the road in front of us but by the time the camera turned on he was too far away to really see (note to self.keep camera on)

Thanks for posting, they got me stoked. I head out tomorrow for San Benito county on our annual pig + dove hunt. Hope to shoot a meat hog with my rifle then try to stick one with a bow if the hunting is good. This is our first time hunting this ranch so it could be hit or miss. I did scout out some heavy pig trails using google satellite imagery, how cool is that?

Hopefully I'll have a few pics to post next week.

Nice pics BirdDawg, when are you going to chase those hogs onto public so I can get a shot at one?

You are exactly right, with the weather the way it is, shooting one of those hogs hiding on the public land and trying to drag it out is a death sentence

. I'll just have to try to scare a deer to death with my many bow misses, up high where it is cool.

Nice pics BirDawg, those are some plump critters. Especially those belted ones. Thanks for torturing all of us folks who have to go dove hunting this weekend. I doubt I'll see any hogs in the safflower fields. Have a great weekend and remember to use sunscreen......
