Apparently, we're doing it all wrong. These guys at the annual Sabina wild hog festival (this last weekend) don't seem to have any troubling bagging their hogs.

I am game too but still the problem comes from getting the pig to grease it and stick inside the ring??? Getting dirty and stuffing a pig in the bag sounds fun. I guess you hit it over the head once it is in the bag?? Maybe you have to wash it first??? Darn cowboys are too hard to understand.

I don't think the hogs are greased, they really don't need it. Sabinal, TX is about 60 miles east of Uvalde and I've hunted that area. I can attest they have hogs and they're wiley on their own.

Those guys made it look easy but in reality it's a bit dangerous. I had a pig step on my instep recently and break my foot and that wasn't so fun. Leave it to Texans to make light of a bad situation.
