Mostly Californians on this forum where there are no whitetails but quite a few of us travel east. Took this beast in Colorado this year. Picking up the mount this fall when I return to Colorado.

Both nice bucks, good job fellas.
I would love to kill a nice whitetail someday. Hell I've never even laid eyes on one! All muleys/blacktail for me but would love to hunt them someday.

My first deer hunt ever was for some white-railed deer in Michigan on a friends farm in 2008. No deer were harmed in the making of that hunt. My co-worker and I joke around all the time about how nice it would be to have those here in the central valley. That’s not to say we don’t both love blacktails and muleys.

And for 2024:

That's either a bow hunting whitetail from Wisconsin or you're gun hunting in Minnesota. (Wisconsin's rifle season starts tomorrow and also requires hunters to wear blaze orange). And it's a nice "ten point" deer that Californians would call a "five point". Regardless that looks like a 180 pound big boy. Nice work!!
