Nikon Monarch's about $250-$300, depending on where you get them. Very clear and bright glass.

FootHillsPro12,

You dont like your Wind River's? or you just wanna go with a higher magnification? I have the WR 12x50 and it has been the single best investment I have made. Light enough for me to carry all day and sets up awesome on my tri-pod for those long extended glass periods. Very bright during dusk & dawn. I think I paid $460.00 for them.

I agree with bishop, check some previous posts on this subject, Nikon Monarch ATB's have been favorites.........I swear by them and they right around $300

I have a set of the Wind River Cascades in 10X42 and I am completely satisfied with their performance.

I will second VAL, the Lepold Wind River Cascades are awsome. I have the 10x42's and I thought they were great. I won a pair of Swarovski 10x42s at a banquet and I have held them up to the Leopolds and don't notice much difference is early morning or during the day. The Swarv's are better at the last 10 minutes of light and are crisp all the way to the edge at any time of the day. But I will be taking my Wind Rivers during hunting season and leave the Swarov's for scouting and preseason diving/sight seeing. I have a hard time about taking in $1500.00 into the woods and climbing all over hell and back with them and then if I get a deer or pig hoping that when I haul it out the binocs aren't damaged. The Wind Rivers have made it through 4 deer and 4 pigs in the last few years since I got them and they are still great to look through just got scratches on the outside. Hope this helps, my
