I have not figured it out yet. I have a cabin in 5bs . There are some good bear areas pritty close to my place. Had a good size one on my gc right behind the house. If you have any ? give me a e-mail, If i can help you out I will. Elk is my favorite thing to hunt. Talked to the guy today and he is sending the forms out certifide ,should have them by fri.
