What happened to the PM

Anybody know what happened to the PM forum? I wanted to send someone a private message but it's giving me an error saying I don't have privilleges to use the Private Messenger. Is it just me or is everyone else experiencing the same thing?

Seems like folks weren't very diligent about keeping their mailboxes cleaned off so Jesse had to turn that function off.
