I shot over 450 images today from my blind. I actually got some pretty decent ones to share. These are the only that I have processed so far. The White Crowned Sparrow sure makes a great subject to capture. Hope you like them. Holler, if ya get burnt out on birds.

Great DOF and a cool looking sparrow, I don't think we get them up here.

Are you using any kind of heater in your blind (the blind is a great idea btw)?

Thanks paul, yeah it's a neat looking bird..very photogaphic...I dont use any kind of heater, just a stocking cap, gloves, a good jacket and a face mask. They freak out when I do any movement, I guess they see my shiny face, but with the mask and gloves they seem to be ok. I have one of the windows facing them wide open.

excellent shots, I never knew what that bird's name was until now, I have all but given up on trying to I.D. birds, seems there are so many variations of the same species.

Thanks quailsroost,

I really dont know many and the ones I do know I have learned from others from posting some pics in the birds forums on other photography sites. I agree there are alot of variations of species to learn.

DEERSLAM & Birdbrainer thanks for the comments.
