Got an early start this year. Me and my brother went and hiked some public ground to more scout than shed hunt and I came home with 5 fresh ones.

Good job on the early start! Keep em comming!

I'm at 2 flukes so far......havnt' actually officailly started yet, but found 2 old ones burried under the snow while checking a scouting camera 2 weeks ago.

I've been busy working on a shed hunting video I hope to have done ina a few weeks!

Bucks are definitly dropping here......at least that's what the trail cams are telling me.

Good to see you pred. I haven't officially started yet either I just needed some excercise so we went hiking and I lucked out. A buddy of mine picked up a 93" side off a deer we've been hunting for awhile. I'll try to get a picture of it and I would love to see your video when it's done.

Here is the shed I was talking about. They are consecutive years. The Big one is 93". It doesn't look like it in the picture buy the eye gaurd is 10 inches by itself. My brother almost killed this deer this year it just came out a little to late. The big one was found on December 30th by the farmer we hunt on. The match is last year. We aren't going after the other side for another month. We want to make sure its off and not bust him out of the area. As you can see in the velvet picture the eye gaurd on the right side is atleast a foot long. I really hope we can find it!

Whitem what is that in the background in your house, looks like a shed pole?? If it is that's a cool idea, nice bucks on the wall. Great pics also!

In response to your question bone collector, those are antler chains. I wanted a way to display my antlers and still be able to pick out singles if someone wanted to see it. All the antlers are hung from a single chain by a 12 inch string tied to an S hook. You can build them very cheap and oh yeah they look awesome! I just added the second one the other day.

Went and check out a new spot today. It's an pasture with a bunch of small hedge trees in it. I walked into a stiff 25 mph wind and was able to see about thirty deer in the trees up and screwing around about noon. I decided no reason to spook them this early and I backed out but found three on the way out. Well actually two the one was a piece of antler that was broken and I can't even figure out what part of the antler it is. Had to come off of some sort of non typical.
