Why Do California forums always seem slow?

I'm a bit suprised being the most populace state that the California hunting forums on just about every Calif. Hunting board is so slow. Why do you think this is?

Well this whole (JHP) forum started out with the members of the old "California Hunting and Fishing Forum" and some of Jesse's old Missouri buddy's, and it's the best on the web.
The majority of people here are Californians. A lot of us don't get to this "California Hunting" forum much because we still think of the whole forum as being mainly a California forum.

That's pretty much it. Aside from the fact that I run out of hours in a day trying to keep up with every forum. Seriously now. Isn't a glass of milk and a poptart three times a day considered healthy eating for children? Why do they have to bother me when I'm on the web?
