been seeing more and more of this.. I usually don't mind if someone hot links one of my photos. usually don't even care if they don't give me credit for taking it.. but when they hot link it to my website, and then claim that they were the one who captured the photo..

OBH had a similiar situation last year.. some people

Chris,

That's just sad. On the other hand I can see why someone would wish they had your talent. Those pictures are just amazing.

If nothing else try and take it as a compliment, a sneaky backhanded conniving one, but a compliment just the same.

I don't know why people have to steal anything. I learned at an early age what I'd get from my father if I stole. I learned a great lesson that day. By the way, those pics are great.

lan-lord,

You are the man, great pictures.
I would expose the SOB that stole them and post it any were you can. Let them know you well not tolerate it and that you will expose that fake……..

Chris, if you find them on any of the photog sites that you aren't registered at let me know, I might be registered there and I'll expose them for the fraud they are!

Too bad people have to do such low things!!

I sent him an email expressing how unprofessional it was and that it was a poor showing of character.

I will refrain from posting the link because I really don't want to unfurl a virtual lynch mob

. If he takes it down and offers an apology, that's cool with me.

If not... well, it is hot linked to my domain.. I could have all kinds of fun with it.

Not a real good idea to hotlink pics that aren't yours. A guy on eBay hotlinked one of my pics for his ad. I changed to pic to say "I'm a low down no good pic theif and I stole this pic from www.jesseshunting.com"

Great advertising.

I'm sorry Chris. But your pictures just always come out better than mine.

Nice pics, but personally I think they're doctored. No way anyone is gonna see that many nice deer like that and still be able to hold the camera still enough to take a picture of them! Myself, I'd be trying to figure out how I'd even get a rack as wide as some of those through my front door

j/k man.

You really do have a talent - not just for taking the pictures, but also for finding those monsters! Great job man!
