Thanks guys........although the first picture makes it look like i shot one and LD shot one. Well, that ain't quite how it happened.
We decided to shoot these hogs a bit different and put the team approach on'em:
Watching that first hog make it only a short distance and the other 20+ hogs still feeding and rooting, we put the sneak on the black hog and decided if it worked the first time, we'd try it again.
1.....2.....shoot!
These pictures were taken after we made short recoverys on both hogs and replaced the arrows in'em to show were the arrows hit, all 4 shot were pass thrus. My fletchings are white and LD's pink....yep, PINK!
As we were dumping the hides & waste....we came accross a few other dudes out hunting.
If you look close at his right rear leg, you'll see the ear of his buddy.
