I know it's very early to be putting this up, but several people have already emailed me wanting spots, and it's almost filled. So I figured I would toss this out now to give others a chance.

Same deal as last time, I need 10 people to confirm this hunt for $400 from mid day Friday - Sunday 1:00pm. Dates are Friday October 1st to Sunday October 3rd.

Camping on property and we get the entire ranch to ourselves. you can bring quads but they are for transportation to and from the hunting areas, not for road hunting.

Hunt is weapon of choice, your decision.

I have 5 spots confirmed, with a couple emails out waiting for confirmation from them. If they take it, then that will leave only a few spots.

At this time, I only need names just to lock this hunt in. I will get the rest of the information and deposits later.

Also, since I figured this hunt would fill fast, just not this fast. I have another hunt set up wit George for the same deal. Those dates are for the weekend of November 6th and 7th, getting there on Friday mid day. I will post this up much later.

Our last hunt in October was a huge success, I think this one would the same.

The ranch is next to Lake Sonoma. Definitely worth 400 bucks, I wish I could go again, but it's just so far away lol.

Sorry for the lack of details. The ranch is located in Sonoma County, it borders Lake Sonoma. It's a 22,000 acre ranch that we will have to ourselves with no body else on it. Most of the ranch is with steep canyons and mixed terrain.

This hunt will be his first weekend open, so the ranch wouldn't of been hunted for about 4 months.

Once this hunt fills, we can start on the November hunt if you want. I usually set this hunt up with 12 people or at least try to, this way when people back out we still have the 10 needed for the hunt.

Ok, I've had 3 more people jump in, fugaloo and Krad, this puts us at 12 if the others confirm. Krad, not sure about your son. I know last time a guy brought his son and I didn't mention it to George. He wanted to charge the guy for a non hunter being there like $100.

If the others confirm we are full for this hunt . I will keep you informed of any cancellations.

Im in!! Ive been dying to get back there. For anyone not familar with this place or new to hunting i would not hesitate to sign up. that was me last year, never hunted big game once, and i came away with a nice hog, great story, and alot of exprience.

One other note if you go back and read the posts from the last hunt dont underestimate when people post about having GOOD BOOTS!! there is a lot of sttep terrian and a lot of walking/hiking. Time for me to go hit the treadmill.

K-RAD, what part of Wisconsin are you from? I'm originally from Stevens Point -- went to school there as well. Had access to literally thousands of acres of private farmland to hunt. I spent everyday after school in the fall on a tree stand or walking the woods for grouse. I haven't been back for a while but really miss the hunting opportunities I had -- I guess they probably don't exist any more?

Ok guys, just rolled in from a week camping trip. I've got the confirmations from Ruger-mac and pmillerusa, this hunt is full at 12 people, unless we get some cancellations. K_rad, I'll talk to George about your son and I'll let you know.

I start collection all information and deposits sometime next month. If you decide you can't make it and need to cancel, please PM or email me and let me know.
