So of the 10 hunters last year, how many had an opportunity to shoot? I'm just curious. It sounds like a sweet deal I may want to do next time, but it's a long drive for me and I don't get off work on Fridays until 4. If I know I'm going to be able to at least get a shot, it will pump me up to make the long drive.

Last year everyone had opportunity. I can't remember the final total kills, I think 6 but all had chances.

The first time I went, two years ago, it was 8 hogs for 10 people. all but one person took a shot, the one that didnt said he didn't feel confident in 250 yrd shot. Last year it was 8 hogs again for 11 people and everyone got a shot. The pig in my profile pic. is from my first hunt there mel and I both had pigs by 9:30 Sat. morning

During the October hunts, we have done really well.

I'm waiting on a couple deposits, and one more guy may be interested. Plan is to send everything to George by September 10 and get this thing locked in.

For those don't know we will more than likely be the first group to hunt this property for George's pig season. From what i remember after Azone for deer close's there isn't any hunting until Oct.

If the weather stays decent it will be great opportunity for all of us

George's season runs from October - May. Other then the owner of the ranch hunting deer and maybe a couple hogs, the ranch really isn't hunted for a period of about 4 months. That's why we changed this group hunt to October, it's been a good hunt.

Ok, this hunt is now full providing I get all the deposits from those remaining. Pro953 and tholihan, if your still interested i'll fit you in since you originally posted you wanted in, just haven't heard back from you guys.

I know there a couple guys who have already sent their deposits, once I get them i'll update the list again. All information will be sent to George around the 10th.

"The More the Merrier" Is anyone Bow Hunting? I got a ground blind I won at a raffle I'm going to bring along. I'll offer to anyone hunting archery... I'm using a rifle, but if by some miracle I can get close enough I'll try with a revolver.

Just spoke to George, he's ok with extending the group. PM me all the information and I'll let you know where to send the deposit.

Just incase anyone is worried about the group being to large, this is a HUGE piece of property, it won't impact the hunt options at all.
