Here's the start of what we made yesterday. Bacon, Chorizo, pork, red and green peppers, onion and a little Jalapeno.

I'd bring a pork roast, but I don't think I could do it over an open fire...Pork and Beans, maybe. I'll bring a dutch oven.
This will be for Saturday, unless of course, I've gotten my hog...in which case it will be adios!
I like to get my pig to the butcher quickly!
Going to the range this coming weekend, for a last minute tune-up. I am going to enjoy the drive up, some of my favorite country to visit, and I would like to live there.

Well, I am going to have to pull out of this hunt. I've had some circumstances come up that will prevent me from attending this hunt. Nothing really major but some things that needed taken care of. Good luck to you all and I look forward to the stories when your done.

Well since nobody's been posting in here I thought I get things going again with a don't forget list; Ruber glove's, baby wipes, CAMERA, lots of water, I went though two 2.5 gallons jugs real quick. Also there is no range to double check your rifle so make sure it's all done before you get there.

Wow only 8 days to go. Time flys when you are having fun in Hawaii (Maui)

We land home early Friday morning. Then gotta put the nose to the grind stone work my tail off, then ahhh piggy hunt, life is good. Better with bacon.

Weatherman says it's supposed to rain next tus. and wed. That should help it stay cool i hope.

Since Kentuck had to back out is there still a spot open? I'm working the Birthday angle, Oct. 2, and keeping my fingers crossed. Also I don't have the best legs can I go up a day early and pick some easier spots to set up in before the actual hunt?
