yep, its time to start chatting it up again for this hunt, my garage looks like a smaller version of bass pro shop right now with all my equipment and camo all over the place.
been trying to keep the bows & arrows diled in for the hunt, last week on the way to the range i must of jared my sight and had to retune out to sixty again, back on track! hopefully i will have some shafts left for the hunt if i dont robin hood them all, those maximas are so accurate when dialed in! speaking of targets if you guys want to save space in your ride i would be happy to bring a field tip and broadhead target to shoot at.
as far as food too i will be bringing extra helpings to share on the hunt with you all too.

time is flying and before ya know it easter weekend will be here, and we wont be hunting bunnies, thats for sure!.........................tra

GEEZ. my left eye isnt strong enough to huck arrows out to 60. i group decent 5-6inches, but given an exciting live animal to shoot out...i bet that goes out the window. i shoot older goldtip GT hunters...i told myself i get 12 new maximas when i break my GT's. those darn things bounce off of rocks, stumps..and NEVER BREAK. i took my upland bird license, and chased quail all day once, and never broke an arrow. missed every zippy quail tho. i blame branches.

i cannot wait until our hunt. i am ditching work in about a half hour to run after the elusive lake sonoma piggie. gots me some inside information!!!

TRA, i'll bring my field tips also. great idea!

Man, time is flying by! I'm going to start packing my things this weekend, go to the range a couple days before just to double check things, and i'll be good to go. I'm going to pick up a new back pack, going to try it out on this hunt, won't need it but I'll wear it to see how it feels.

Can't wait.

I've been really super busy to even get ready for this hunt lol. I'm going to make it though even if it's the last thing I'll ever do! I'm gonna be rifling by the way, I want to do archery, but I just can't dial in my bow.

Will do, but not sure if I'll have enough room to fit it in my station wagon . If I do get a pig, I'm going to have to put the back seats down leaving no room for anything except a rifle and some gear. Well you do that math, here's a pic of my wagon.

lol, forgot you had the forester! Definitely up for some light rallying though, but in a safe manner of course . I didn't want to bring my car, but my dad needs the truck . As long as I don't go anywhere too deep, I'll be ok.

My shop is located in Pt. Reyes Station, West Marin County. It's probably not much closer than Tracy, but possibly more accessible from Lake Sonoma. We also have frozen storage available.
