Wild Pig Problems

I was watching the 11 o'clock news on Wednesday night and saw a report about the wild pig problems in the town of Ahwahnee. Ranchers and land owners are getting frustrated with the damage that the pig is causing. This will certainly be a great time to go hunting in that area, assuming I or anyone here have permission. By the way, anyone here lives by Ahwahnee and know of ranchers having this problem.......or from anywhere that have permission to hunt around the Ahwahnee area and don't mind me tagging along? I'm still looking for my first pig ever.

I got my 15 minutes of fame....or 30 seconds in this case. I was hoping Hollywood would be calling today but they must be busy.

Anyway, I think I got the hogs knocked back enough that I can go deer hunting this weekend.

Yea, that was me. They called the day before and said they would call to set a time to come up the next day but then showed unannounced. I was enjoying the air conditioning damn near nekkid after a day of work in the 100 degree sun, so they caught me a little off guard. I was lucky not to have my shirt on inside out. They wanted to see some of my pictures, which they show on the video, but when I flopped a stack of photo albums down and opened them I thought the lady was going to crap herself. A few pages in she covered her eyes and shuddered. I don't think she's ever leaving the city again, and damn certain isn't going into the woods without a tank escort. It was pretty funny. The camera guy loved it though. It was all pretty hurried and they could have picked some better pictures but it was not too bad for my first TV run-through. They showed my boy's hog mount and cut my ugly ass out of a few pictures but I guess I can't blame them there.
