I have some wild pork to give away. My wife won't touch it and I'm too busy to cook it. It's been frozen for months, but is still good.

If nobody takes you up on the offer, you could always donate it to your local food bank or church. I donated some hams, chops, and sausage last winter to a food bank in the Bay Area. I need all the help in the world to keep me out of hell

Anyone want to trade albacore or dorado for elk venison? I live in La Palma, by Cerritos. I leave for vacation for a week on Saturday, though.

I have a lot of Dorado fillets frozen in block ice that is in great shape, just smoked some last weekend. I will trade for any wild game, fur or feathers. Would love some elk meat.
