I got a few shots of this doe the other day. At first I had thought that there was a dried vine around her neck, but after downloading the photos I seen it was wire.

Well it doesn't seem to be tight enough to cause too big of a problem...nice shots.

any chance fish and game could tranc her and get it off?

I contacted MDC via email and sent these same photos. The reply I received back was that they didn't see that the wire would cause her any problems, especially with it not being tight around the neck. The only way that they could do anything would be to tranquilize her and in most cases this is fatal. They said if I seen her again and the wire had tightened to contact them.
