It will never pass. It's one of the weakest cases to be presented in front of the supreme court. Granted, more ridiculous cases have passed. But this one won't.

So it's OK to take sell, or otherwise engage in horrific images of war and protest, but not hunting? Or fishing? I can't take a picture of my daughter with her first fish and send it to Field and Stream? Come on.
