Drinking and getting slaughtered with alcohol gets boring. I rather take advantage of being out side near a camp fire or take a chance of introducing Mr pig to Mr Weatherby. Starting the new years hunting helps me dictate the outcome for this year hunting adventures.

Here's your areas guys good luck. ya never i just might show up, Ive been on hogs the last couple of weekends, this just may be my weekend to get close enough to get a shot.

  • General Weapons: 1, 2, 4, 5, 6A, 7, 8, 11, 14, 17, 18, 23, 26, 27, 28
  • Archery, Shotgun, Muzzleloader: 13E, 29
  • Archery Only: 3, 6B, 13A, 13B, 16B
  • All Other Areas Are Closed - NO ACCESS

We need to start taking out some yotes to, they are getting thick. I had one run off 3 hogs I was trying to get on last weekend. I was coming from one direction and was about 80 yards away, looked up and saw this yote sneaking across the river from the other direction next thing I saw was the pigs hauling out of there and the yote standing there looking like he just missed lunch.

wtpops,
I've been hunting the Fort for the past few months time permitting of course. Would you mind sharing what area you were hunting? I've been going out to 27 alot and have seen fresh tracks throughout the day but no luck. I'm thinking of trying 26 or 29. Heard there is a lot of movement in 29 and that area is walk in.

I was curious because I have a room with two beds on the bottom floor and if someone gave me a ride up there and hung out I would let them stay in my room kind of a trade free lodging for a ride could ave someone $150 :)
