I have a quest to harvest an antelope in every state. Idaho is next on the list. I am willing to recruit an outfitter, or guide, for semi-guided or guided hunts. My first choice is archery, but I realize that time may require some states to be rifle hunts.
If someone can give me an idea about a region, i.e. (south eastern, south western, etc.), that would help to narrow down some of my searching. I have spent many hours at water holes and fence crossings, but that would require some private ground and pre-scouting. I live in Oregon and may not be able to spend that kind of time in scouting, hence, the request for some help in contacting someone close at hand. I have hunted public ground, but dealing with blinds on good water holes creates many headaches.
More than anything, I just request a reference area or name to contact. I have met some wonderful people with this quest and dealt with very accomodating ranchers.
States to look at in the future: Utah, North Dakota, Texas. Arizona may take another lifetime to get the tag. I had to move to Oregon to even have a fraction of a chance at a tag.
This all started when I was to refrain from applying in California and Nevada, after acquiring those tags once, (CA-10 years, NV-5 years).

If anyone would like to ask about the other states, I would be happy to help in anyway.
