I know there are Antelope in NE Cali. I was reading somewhere and it was saying that they are really spending a lot of money trying to reintroduce antelopes to certain areas in California. I know that antelope used to roam all over Cali at one time, but does anyone know if they are trying to reintroduce them anywhere in So. Cal, or maybe more in Central Cali, maybe Owens Valley or areas like that?

Yeah I know they are in Tejon as well. I am just wondering if they get any further south then that. I am thinking maybe parts of the Mojave and what not. I would love to see some Tehachapi is not that far...... hummmm... maybe I will have to take a visit.

they are kinda hard to find consitering they always stay in the wind farms and it is private property. When i use to live in cummings valley in 1994 there were antelope and i would see them in the alfala field less than a mile away but some one killed them and left them to lay....sad story never saw them again in that field.

That is very sad. Really unfortunate we live amongst those type of people. Well I assume I will have to see some someday.
