That trap is 4' tall, 4'wide and 10' long and doesn't break down. And the guillotine gate frame sticks up an additional 4'. So shipping is probably out of the question ... besides I don't build them except for my own use. If you weld, I could email you the plans. Here is a pic of the entire trap.Could you get those traps to calif. for 250.oo?Upper[/b]![]()
Quite contrare. Where I trap is a 12,000 acre federal flood watershed. It is critical to controlling flooding downstream, including downtown. In the past 10 years it has saved billions in potential flood damage. It is a federal wildlife preserve and does not allow hunting (I have a federal permit to trap the hogs). It is thick woods, briars and swamps. It will have hogs for a very long, long time.Katy is fast becoming urbanized and probably will no longer have a wild boar population in 15-20 yrs.[/b]
Yeah, it's hard to get on private land. It's word of mouth and reputation and hard to accomplish. It helps to be a local.Hey Guys I would like to do some hog hunting in texas one of these days and would like to know if it is very hard to get on privite land or ranchs to hunt these monsters.[/b]
