I've just been wearing typical activewear while going hunting but get scratched up and am now looking for something more plant-proof.
Looking around I mostly see people talking about warmth and insulation but I haven't been out below 30 and probably won't in the near future. A pair of joggers over thermals and an extra pair of socks would keep me plenty warm.
Anyone have any recommendations for rubber boots and briar pants that work well for your typical California upland hunt?
Weather in the 40s-60s, usually 5-10 miles in a day. So it has to be comfortable too. I know leather is the usual go-to but I haven't had too much luck with those and want to try rubber.
