California Antelope

I just received my notice in the mail that I drew Antelope in zone 4.I can hardly wait to get up there and do some scouting.If anyone has hunted the area or just knows the area and has some information they would like to share, it sure would be appreciated.

I drew Zone 3 last year.  Got a nice 13". What a grand time I had.  Good luck and make sure you have some nice knee pads.

You lucky dog! A sheep tag last year and antelope this year. I want to rub on your head and wipe my hands on my chest before I apply for anything next year!

Yeah, I'm sure not complaining about our luck in the California draw.I drew an antelope tag 11 years ago and my son drew one 4 years ago. We had a great time on both hunts,looking forward to getting back up there.

My Dad and I drew Zone 3 three years ago. It was a great hunt. DFG said it right when they said there is a good thing about Antelope hunting and there is a bad thing about Antelope hunting. The good, you will see lots of Antelope. The bad, you will see lots of Antelope. Pace yourself. Congrats on the tags. It was probably the best hunt I have been on yet.
