capacitor question

OK...maybe I should've paid more attention in class!
I just got one of Hamiltoe's kits and I have to solder all the transistors, capacitors, etc to the circuit board.  His diagram is great, but with my inexperience of eletronics, I don't which side of the electrocylic (sp) capacitor has polarity?  Can someone please help?

The capacitors I have used have the neg marked with a stripe down the side wit a - on it. Check yours for that. I bet you will see it there. MC.

Thanks for the enlightenment!  There was so much writing on that little thing it's hard to decypher it.  I think my eyes aren't what they used to be.  Ended up getting a magnifying glass to help me!
