tehachapi, Carrizo is too regulated now a day.

thx my friend also i was re reading the hunting regulations and it mentioned hunting at night is that legal and what does it mean by it. I tried to contact the fish and game but no body picks up. Also is tehachapi doing good at the moment for coyotes because this is my first time coyote hunting, any other places or advice would be greatly appreciated guys
