Geez, now F&G is lumping us anglers in with poachers; really, you guys can do way better, as an angler makes at least an honest attempt at being law abiding, where as a poacher disregards the law. It's the same for hunters. If it's a spade, please call it a spade and stear clear of confusing them with us true conservationists. Or are the words of Janice Mackey telling of how the department feels/views us anglers and hunters?
