Department of Fish and Game wardens cited a Southern California man early Sunday morning for poaching dozens of lobsters inside a Marine Protected Area.

Do those wardens know that Jerry Brown is firing them? "We don't need them" was a recent quote I read in the LA Times. Apparently the MLPA happy people think they are going to patrol the areas by themselves. I'm sure there aren't going to be any excess M-80s attached by poxy-putty to their boats.
