Here's a cool setup I put up today and I thought I would share it with you guys. This is an application using the RF Video system I put together this spring. The video camera will be triggered by the remote wireless X10 motion sensors. The camera is a Sony MiniDV camcorder and will be setup to record in full color from the camera lens during the day and switch over to a IR video camera, which will tell the Sony camcorder to switch into VRT mode (like a VCR) at night.
I have the camera setup high in a tree mounted with a security camera mount. This way I can cover a better angle to see what's going on below. I'm using a Flambeau Doe decoy and I stuffed a couple of cotton balls filled with doe scent between the leg mount on the decoy. I also put in a mock scrape. There are 2 X10 sensors to cover a wide sensing area.
I'll post some video clips if I get anything cool here.
