I'm working my way through the bear document, and some of the proposed changes are very interesting. Things like changing the allowed numbers or the method of notification of season's end are proposed. That was one of my comments, and I'm sure I'm not the only one.

There's also a proposal to allow GPS and treeing collars, but I don't know how well that's going to fly here.
