In a recent survey 8 out of 10 game wardens agreed that the take of the collared eurasian dove was legal.

Just kidding. Heck, if they don't all agree then how are we supposed to know?

There aren't provision for common pigeons either are there? We can shoot them all year long.

Well i just picked up a flier here at the south yuma walmart and it says quote "Should you harvest Eurasioan collared-doves while dove hunting, leave them unplucked during transport so they can be separated from mourning and white-winged doves. Eurasian collared-doves will not count as part of you r aggreate bag of mourning or white-winged doves as long as they are identifiable." end quote. Help this helps some people out, sure did me.

most states that have huntable populations of ECD's have verbiage in the regs concerning them. CA has nothing. It will be addressed during next years Upland Game review.
