Well, if the DFG decides to allow the USFS to eradicate these pigs, will the DFG be issuing refunds for pig tags bought in this use year?

Again, as said before... It's FEDERAL property. Does the states really have any say to "allow" the Feds to kill the pigs?

Yes. I believe they do. And what your statement means is: Do the Feds have to respect the advisories of the state agency.

Unless the Feds establish a basis for the management plan and enact it in the Federal Code, they have otherwise conceded management of species to the state level. Yes, or no? Are there examples of federal management programs which have not been promulgated?

;) What about pigs' rights ?? :D

The people of CA own the pigs. Absolutely no question about that.

Seriously guys, are you sure about that? What if one of the military bases wants to hold a hunt to get rid of pigs? Their land, their pigs??????
