Hmmmm, this Cindy or John person would have done good to go to the Dr. and get a prescription for Paxil,i can assure you that the service at the window would have improved 100% then,at least where i work they say things are much more pleasant
Hey boys, just wanted to send my 2 cents in and back Jesse up. I was the other guy at the window during the trip that started all this... Jesse has nailed it, he was nothing but polite and concerned that he might have said something to set her off during the initial exchange and the ones that followed, but truth be told he didn't do anything wrong. She just had a hissy fit for no reason I could see and instead of dealing with it, she just kept getting worse and worse. His attemps at communicating with her only pissed her off more. It was totaly irrational, unprofessional and plain rude and a wee big phyco on her part.
One note to add to the original posts. John wasn't much better during the trip, he did manage to hold his tounge most of the time, but has absolutly no concept of customer service. He knew I was in the building and would not get me so that Jesse and I could pick our area Friday night. When I finally came out to look for Jesse, we stood in line behind two hunters he was yacking with for 10 minutes, when it was out turn, he took Jesse's papers, then looked at the clock and said, "it just turned 7:00, I will do his, but not yours, you have to come back tomorrow" There was no one else in line and he KNEW we were hunting together. Could you survive in your business if you treated your customers this way? Would you keep an employee like this on your payroll?
I plan on going back to FHL because it is the only decent public access I know of within a few hour drive (I'm in San Fran). But I have to say, I do not relish having to deal with either of these people again.
