Striped bass scores, as well as fishing pressure, skyrocketed, and lots of limits were being caught at Bryte's Beach, the Minnow Hole, and South River Road. The best baits have been blood worms, pileworms (which also have been attracting sturgeon action). Most of the fish have been small, up to about 24 inches.
