What makes the mayor think that any of the guns turned in were from gang bangers? Or are average people "the wrong hands)?

what makes it illgal for that guy to try and buy a gun or two that someone what's to get rid of. as long as he follows all gun buying laws. they made it sound like he was breaking the law.

447 guns turned in, 14 were the "bad" type, thats just over 3% being the Bad type.

Police Chief quoted " The firearms we received are not the recreational guns that some would lead you to believe were going to come in today"

Maybe its just the way the reporter wrote it up, but WTF is that about. Gotta love the liberal spin on that, even the cheif is an anti-gum natzi

I used to think that guy new what was up and how to police the city, but this just shows that its all a publicity thing...maybe hes going to run for mayor or gov. one of these next few yrs. He cant even police his family, look what happened bout 18 months ago or so with his nephew or step son, what ever he was, yea great job, breaking the law big time right under your nose. :bag-on-head: BTW I used to live in that wonderland they call the greater Fresno area, for a few years, going to college
