Got one salmon and a bunch of squid

Good conditions today. Went for another solo trip and got squid mackerel and anchovies pretty fast. Then went out to look for salmon. Commercial is open and it shows. I got three take down and boxed one fish 26” so not the big ones I have been blessed with lately but still a good fish. Happy for a half day.

Nice single. What kind of knife you using? Forschners are it down here.

I actually broke my salmon knife. Was a real steel brand. That is my meat knife as backup till I get a new one. I will check out that brand. Any feedback on bubba blade?

…just the infomercials is all I know.
Day in and out on the charters is Forschner. I have an 8“. Some like the 6” with more dexterit.
