Ok! I guess game wardens may come onto your land legally, but I don't think they can break in your home to search your freezer without a warrant it does not make any sense to me, LE needs permission from the property owner to come into your home or a court order otherwise.7mag,
First, yes, you're wrong. Reasonable cause IS enough for a game warden to come onto private property. This can be based on something they've witnessed (such as apparent waterfowling violations, "unusual" activity), or on something reported to them. If they think the laws are being broken on a property, they can come in the gate.[/b]
