June Lake Area

Has anyone been up to the June Lake/Mammoth Lakes area lately??  How's the fishing up there?  I have a vacation in two weeks and was planning on doing some trout fishing up there?  Is powerbait still the best bet?  I'd like to get bait down here before I go because it's a lot cheaper.

If you are going to use a boat and troll use big Rapalla. Works great for trolling. Power bait and worms from the shore.
