This information was passed onto me this morning via email from gwphunter and I thought I would pass it along to the rest of the fugers. I did a little research on the council and the ordinance they plan on introducing. Unfortunately it looks like they are going for final approval this Friday.
The ordinance is similar to the senate ordinances that were recently heard here at the Capitol. I have attached a copy of the links to the ordinance itself, the council and the council agenda.

If you live in the LA area and own a dog, you will be required to cut off his manhood or pay a hefty fee to keep them. So I urge you to write, email or call the council and let them know what you think. Not saying that it will pass immediately, but may be hung up in the legal system for awhile. Just another thing people are trying to take away.
