Boy howdy, here we go again...
The saying goes: If it is not your property, it probably belongs to someone else.
And if it's public land that's landlocked, it might as well be the same. So unless you have a helicopter(or parachute), it is untouchable.
One of the reasons, much of the right to pass access has been pulled, is because of the attitudes I hear being spouted by some on this post... Just because someone finds a little piece of BLM land that looks good from the road doesn't give them the right to tresspass to get to it. And that "screw em, they are just some rich folks" attitude can get you shot...
Ooja, do a seach on this site, as there is much information to be had. Jesse has put together some great info on permmission slips and ideas that you can use to gain legal access. Also check out Varmint Als site as well, it's on one of the many links here.
