come on guys! i can not be the only IT idiot on here. us old guys know about auto dialer software from way back. download for free put in his number and dial away. every time he picks up it hangs up and dials again. result is answering machine gets full and it starts all over aging.

i will have to say this someting you do not want to do from your home dsl or work. the FCC may not like it. but from a laptop at a hot spot (internet cafe) it would hard to find out who it is.
